BlitzLogic, s. r. o. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Pushblitz web application and associated services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Website and/or application.

1. Information We Collect

From Customers: When you register an account, we may collect your email address, billing details (handled anonymously via Stripe), and dashboard preferences.

From Subscribers (End-users): We only collect push notification subscription tokens to successfully route the messages. Pushblitz does not by default collect the physical location or PII of end-users unless explicitly provided by our customers through metadata tagging.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our dashboard and landing pages use cookies primarily for tracking user authentication sessions and basic analytics. We do not sell your navigation data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We only share your data with trusted third party services needed to operate Pushblitz, specifically:

• Our cloud hosting infrastructure providers.
• Stripe (for processing subscription payments).
• Transactional email services (for sending you invoice receipts and password resets).

4. Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Subscription tokens associated with inactive websites are periodically pruned and permanently deleted.
