Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pushblitz service, managed by BlitzLogic, s. r. o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Pushblitz provides an omni-channel push notification SaaS infrastructure allowing customers to manage databases of subscribers, segment audiences, and send push notifications via API or its dashboard.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Pushblitz to transmit or send any notifications that:

• Contain spam, phishing attempts, or malware.
• Violate any local or international regulations (including the GDPR).
• Are explicitly illegal, defamatory, or extremely harmful.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend accounts (temporarily or permanently) found in violation of these conditions without prior notice.

4. Payment and Billing

Certain plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) via our payment provider Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where legally mandated. If payment fails, your account will enter a suspended or limited state until the billing issue is resolved.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlitzLogic, s. r. o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Pushblitz platforms. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
