Composing and Sending a Message

  1. In the left menu, click Notifications.
  2. Click the "Create Notification" button.
  3. Fill in the Message Content:
    • Title: Type a catchy headline (e.g., "Flash Sale!").
    • Message Body: Type the main text of your message.
    • (Optional AI Assistant): If you don't know what to write, click the "AI Assistant ✨" button, type what your message is about, choose a tone, and click "Generate Idea". If you're satisfied with the suggestion, click "Apply to Notification".
    • Destination URL: Where should the user go when they click the notification? (e.g., https://mywebsite.com/sale).
    • Append UTM parameters: Check this box if you want to track the clicks in Google Analytics. Fill in the Source, Medium, and Campaign.
    • Image URL (Optional): Paste a direct link to an image (like a product photo) to show inside the notification.
  4. Look at the right sidebar for Targeting:
    • Select Channel: Choose which website/app is sending the message.
    • Target Segment: Choose "All Subscribers" or pick a specific segment you created earlier.
    • Target Platforms: Check the boxes for Web Browser, Android, or iOS depending on who you want to reach.
  5. Look at the Delivery Schedule box:
    • To send notification immediately, select "Send Immediately".
    • To schedule it, click "Schedule for Later", then easily pick a date and time from the calendar dropdowns.
  6. Finally, click the big "Send Now" (or "Schedule") button at the bottom right. You can also click "Save as Draft" if you want to finish your notification later.
