How to Create a Segment

  1. In the left menu, click Channels.
  2. Find your channel and click the "Manage Segments" button next to it.
  3. Click the "Create Segment" button in the top right.
  4. Type a Name (e.g., "Recent Subscribers") and a short Description.
  5. Build your rules. For example, to target recent subscribers:
    • Select "Subscription Age" from the first dropdown.
    • Select "Less than" from the second dropdown.
    • Type "7" in the text box (for 7 days).
  6. To add another rule, click "Add Rule". You can require users to match "ALL" rules or "ANY" rule using the dropdown at the top of the rules box.
  7. Click "Create Segment". The dashboard will instantly tell you how many users match your rule!
